We're seeking a professional and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to handle customer inquiries, provide post-sales support, and maintain positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries via various communication channels
  • Provide pre-sales support by answering product questions and guiding customers through our services
  • Handle post-sales support including order status updates, delivery tracking, and resolution of customer concerns
  • Process customer requests for revisions, modifications, or additional services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Assist with order coordination and project timeline communication
  • Help maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues
  • Support customers through the design process and ensure clear communication of project requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual/remote environment
  • Familiarity with Shopify backend system for order management and updates
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns
  • Professional email etiquette and ability to maintain brand voice
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow scripts and policies when handling refund/return requests
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Available during standard business hours (flexibility for different time zones considered)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in graphic design, printing, or creative services industry
  • Familiarity with automotive culture, particularly Jeep community
  • Knowledge of design processes and terminology
  • Experience with customer service platforms or CRM systems
  • Previous experience working with custom order fulfillment
