We are seeking a talented and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team and help elevate our brand presence through compelling visual content and Meta advertising campaigns.

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in creating Meta ad creatives and graphic design to support our growing brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, understanding of social media advertising best practices, and the ability to create engaging visual content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create compelling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives including static images, carousels, and video content
  • Develop brand-consistent graphic designs for various marketing materials
  • Create social media graphics and visual content for organic posts
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
  • A/B test different creative variations to optimize ad performance
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all materials
  • Stay updated on Meta advertising trends and best practices
  • Assist with other graphic design projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating Meta ad creatives with demonstrated results
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising formats and specifications
  • Portfolio showcasing previous Meta ad work and graphic design projects
  • Basic understanding of conversion-focused design principles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with golf or sports-related brands
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping
  • Familiarity with brand development and visual identity creation
