Training Assistant or Associate

The Training Assistant will provide support in the planning, coordinating and delivery of various learning programs under the San Miguel Foods University (SMFU). This role will ensure a successful execution of training programs, maintenance of training records, creation and update of learning content and provide logistical and overall administrative support for learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning programs

2.Coordinate and schedule training activities under the san Miguel Foods University

3.Update and maintain training materials in line with SMFU Branding standards

4.Create learning items in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that attendance is recorded for all training activities

5.Support the development and rollout of learning programs for all employees

6.Prepare and analyze learning reports and dashboards

7.Maintain inventory of training supplies and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related field

2.At least one year experience in HR

3.Strong organizational and communication skills (both oral and written)

4.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

5.Must be willing to work onsite in C5 office (RTO Mondays to Fridays)
