QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Human Resource, Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
  • Preferably with experience in a Food Industry: As a Crew Team Leader/ Trainer in a fast food chain, Management Trainee, School Instructor, or equivalent
  • Willing to travel and do field work
  • Must have good communication skills both oral and written
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and Hardworking
  • Outgoing, vibrant, and can easily adapt to various situations
  • With knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts classroom trainings, facilitates, and evaluates 6 days immersion for newly-hired Kitchen, Cashier and Dining Staff
  • Conducts refresher trainings and other trainings as requested by the Operation Center
  • Identifies, recommends, and process Staff Certification and Recognition and keeps an updated monitoring of certified crews as needed
  • Sends training reports relevant to the Operations Center and to other Support Centers
  • Cascade new and updated Operational Procedure
  • Conduct Learning check/follow through during Training Visit in the store
  • Assists in the processing of training requests/schedule, ensuring adherence and alignment to established standards
  • Participates in the development of training strategies to support organizational goals and ensures that training programs are aligned
  • Manages reservation and set-up of program venues, equipment, materials, and other relevant requirements by coordinating with relevant parties
  • Take charge in the development/revision of new/existing training procedures, policies, and forms that establish guidelines for the implementation of all training-related activities
  • Prepares training invitations and reproduces training notes, hand-outs, manuals, and exercises, as necessary
