JOB SUMMARY

Responsible in providing operational training to front liners and partners and preparation and management of administrative reports to ensure effective and efficient implementation of training programs and to achieve excellent and quality customer experience through frontline trainings.

  1. Researches, plans, organizes and conducts training programs, seminars and conferences for

frontline positions and training needs.

  1. Writes materials for new training programs, reviews, evaluates and modifies existing and

proposed programs and recommends appropriate changes.

  1. Assists and coordinates external training providers. Ensures preparation and availability of

training room, materials and equipment.

  1. Prepare and submits training reports, feedback and results in an accurate and timely manner.

  2. Sets schedules and contacts attendees for the training programs.

  3. Ensures proper filing system for training records.

  4. Prepares and liquidates training expense reports and statements for accounting process.

  5. Attends to training program inquiries. Coordinates to Immediate Superior any issues,

concerns and problems of partners outside his scope of authority.

• Knowledge, Skills and abilities

➢ Proficient on MS Office

➢ In-depth knowledge in creating and conducting trainings

➢ Highly people and service oriented

➢ Has strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills

➢ Excellent presentation and organization skills


• Education, Licenses and Certificates

➢ Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course

➢ Bachelor's degree in business management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources – Training and Development, Industrial Engineer and/or other related courses


• Relevant Experience

➢ At least two (1) year work experience in Training


• Business Understanding

➢ Organization and Coordination of Training programs

➢ Database Management

➢ Training program report submission
