Job Summary:

Aqara is a global leader in smart home automation and IoT solutions, trusted in over 50 countries and by millions of users worldwide. In the Philippines, we are expanding our offline sales network — from retail stores and showrooms to corporate projects and B2B accounts — and we are looking for a Sales / Business Development Specialist to lead this growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Seek and develop offline sales opportunities with retail partners, distributors, system integrators, contractors, and B2B clients.

· Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, product presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, deal closing, and after-sales support.

· Develop partnerships with architects, developers, and commercial project managers to include Aqara in residential, office, and hospitality projects.

· Expand distribution channels through dealer recruitment, showroom partnerships, and retail expansion.

· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

· Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the smart home and consumer electronics space.

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years' experience in sales, business development, account management, or channel sales in consumer electronics, home appliances, IoT, or smart home technology.

· Strong B2B and B2C selling skills, with the ability to engage at both executive and operational levels.

· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
