The Business Reporting Group Sr. Specialist will assist in executing the service performance reporting program for the organization. This includes establishing and managing the KPI metrics catalog and dashboards for the organization. This role must ensure that existing service KPI metrics catalogs and dashboards remain current and aligned to  industry leading practices. This role will also assist in creating the service KPI catalogs and metrics for new services and workstreams that are transitions into the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of service performance metrics and KPIs across the GBC, including service KPI catalogs, metric development/updates, performance reporting, dashboard management and benchmarking
  • Provide data driven insights and analysis
  • Coordinate with various teams and perform business analysis. Prepare management reports to support GBC business trends
  • Identify areas for service performance improvement and recommend appropriate process improvement actions to management and operations
  • Streamline reporting process and automate data  visualization and dashboards
  • Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences with issue resolution for training future reference
  • Communicate and interact effectively with team members; develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors and team members
  • Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role

Qualifications

  • MUST be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or any related course
  • MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of experience in Service Performance Reporting and Analytics and Visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dashboard creation, database management, SQL and other automation tools
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set up in Pasig City
