What will you do?

Reporting into the Country CFO, you will be the controller for the division with sharp finance and business acumen, effective communication with top management and zone and developing teams under your responsibility.

You Are Expected To Manage The Following

• Lead the process of the Plan, Budget, and Trends, arbitrating within the group and division frame and seeing what best fits the country division / brand needs.
• Ensure that the Group's Standards (financial, accounting, and Group management) and those pertaining to Group norms and Internal Control are applied.
• Drive process efficiency, automation and simplification for his / her division related to finance areas.
• Be proactive in assessing business issues from process and risks POV and communicate effectively to Country Division and Zone Division finance when required.
• Be able to do cross collaboration and communication with other regional/zone counterparts.
• Be responsible for KPI creation and management for financial, accounting and business.
• Experience in managing direct and cross-functional teams within Finance and Business

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree, with 10+ years' experience in either FMCG companies or MNCs or relevant industries is a must have.
• Experience with business partnership and ability to hold discussions with Senior leadership.
• Prior experience in commercial finance with RGM and / or commercial conditions optimization and / or FP&A is must have.
• Experience with SAP/other tools or change management projects is good.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive decisions through fact-based approach.
