Job Title: Sr. Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Acquire BPO Pty Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and contributing to the company's overall talent acquisition goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the organization

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions

• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Coordinate and attend job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards

• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and procedures

• Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies

• Experience with social media recruitment and employer branding

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• AHRI certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred

• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
