We will count on you to support program operations coordination, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and continuous improvement of IT services. Along the way, you will get to:
  • Analyze ServiceNow ticket data and deliver actionable insights for process optimization
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity across platforms
  • Coordinate program operations, track deliverables, and support financial management

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Business Administration
  • 4+ years of experience in IT data analysis and reporting
  • 3+ years of program or project coordination in IT support operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
