Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Identify client requirements and propose customized workspace solutions (digital platforms, smart office systems, flexible workspace arrangements, etc.).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure successful onboarding of clients.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in workspace and digital solutions.
  • Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.
  • Work with the management team to develop business strategies and expansion plans.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in workspace solutions, IT services, coworking, or digital platforms).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of workspace technologies, digital platforms, or flexible office solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
