
Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Identify client requirements and propose customized workspace solutions (digital platforms, smart office systems, flexible workspace arrangements, etc.).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure successful onboarding of clients.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in workspace and digital solutions.
- Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.
- Work with the management team to develop business strategies and expansion plans.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in workspace solutions, IT services, coworking, or digital platforms).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of workspace technologies, digital platforms, or flexible office solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
