
Business Development Executive

Job Summary
SAFC is seeking for an experienced Business Development Officer to lead our special accounts partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-value relationships with dealers, loan advisors, and enterprises to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term partner success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partner Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners (dealers, loan advisors, enterprises and etc.)
- Develop customized partnership proposals and negotiate agreements
- Implement sales strategies to expand market penetration
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as primary relationship manager for key accounts
- Conduct regular business performance assessments, trainings and events
- Resolve partner concerns and identify growth opportunities
Program Development & Execution
- Design and implement partner engagement programs
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and networking events
- Develop valuable programs to drive performance
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape
- Provide insights to enhance partnership models
- Recommend process improvements based on market data
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Finance teams
- Track and report on key partnership metrics
- Prepare regular performance updates for management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business development or partner management
- Proven track record in B2B partnerships and revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience designing partner programs and events
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
