
Client Services Officer

Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Set-up: Remote (with occasional face-to-face meetings with team/clients and events)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9AM to 6PM
Work Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
● Account Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
○ Support Relationship Managers with meeting coordination
○ Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
○ Maintain effective communication with clients
○ Collaborate with team members to generate referrals
○ Act as a secondary liaison between clients and internal teams
○ Participate in client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions
● Administrative Support:
○ Assist Relationship and Project Managers with admin tasks
○ Organize and maintain client files in Google Drive
○ Manage permissions and documentation (assets, briefs, contracts)
○ Support contract negotiations and documentation
○ Prepare cost estimates and statements of work
● Project Coordination:
○ Help manage teams and resources to meet deadlines
○ Maintain project briefs and timelines
○ Use tools like ClickUp and Instagantt for task tracking
○ Collaborate on process improvements
● Financial Tracking:
○ Liaise between client and company finance teams
○ Track payments and create invoices
○ Monitor payment schedules and notify stakeholders
○ Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals
● Pitches and Presentations:
○ Organize and join client pitches and meetings
○ Contribute ideas during strategy and creative sessions
Requirements:
· Open to fresh graduates
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Detail-oriented and organized
· Team player with a collaborative mindset
· Proficient in Google Workspace
· Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic agency environment
· Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
