About the Role
Asiaciti Trust is seeking a Client Accounting Officer to join our accounting team in Mandaluyong. The role involves preparing financial statements and management accounts for international entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Financial Statements and Management Accounts in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP.

Maintain Working Trial Balances and supporting schedules for multiple client entities.

Handle cross-border accounting for entities in Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, and New Zealand.

Coordinate with Trust Administrators, Client Relationship Managers, and auditors on accounting matters.

Reconcile bank accounts, investments, loans, and capital transactions.

Support tax and regulatory filings.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in process improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred but not required).

2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a trust, corporate services, or audit firm.

Experience with international clients and cross-border accounting is an advantage.

Proficient in Excel; knowledge of MYOB is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple client portfolios and meet deadlines.
