We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts, focusing on international markets like the US and Australia. This hybrid role gives you flexibility, autonomy, and a platform to thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the face of Winsolutions Corp when introducing our services to new and existing clients
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and strategic networking
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to assess needs and present tailored BPO solutions
- Craft winning proposals and close deals that deliver real business value
- Manage your own pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and targets
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing international (US/AUS) client accounts
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B or BPO sales, with a successful track record in client acquisition
- Experience in email outreach, cold calling, and digital lead generation
- Deep understanding of outsourcing services and business processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and client presentation skills
- Strong research ability and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools)
- Professional attitude, adaptable, and results-oriented
