The Corporate Chef is responsible for overseeing and directing the culinary operations across all Foodee Global Concepts brands. This role ensures the highest standards of food quality, consistency, innovation, and cost efficiency are maintained throughout the organization. The Corporate Chef will develop menu strategies, lead kitchen teams, implement culinary training programs, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive brand growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development & Innovation:
  • Lead the creation and seasonal revision of menus for all brands under Foodee Global Concepts.
  • Ensure menus reflect current food trends, brand identity, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing for product launches, promotions, and new concept development.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Set and enforce food quality and presentation standards across all outlets.
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across locations.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Support outlet chefs and culinary teams in day-to-day operations and problem-solving.
  • Monitor kitchen efficiency, food costs, and waste reduction practices.
  • Review and optimize kitchen workflows, procurement practices, and vendor relationships.
  • Training & Development:
  • Design and implement training programs for kitchen staff at all levels.
  • Mentor and coach Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs across the group.
  • Foster a culture of culinary excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
  • Participate in executive-level planning for new restaurant openings and concept development.
  • Provide culinary input on equipment selection, kitchen design, and layout.
  • Align culinary operations with overall business goals, budgets, and branding initiatives.
