Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile royalties in accordance with franchise agreements.
  • Oversee inventory management and apply appropriate costing methods.
  • Prepare BIR-required inventory listings and ensure compliance with reportorial requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including:
  • Income Statement
  • Balance Sheet
  • Statement of Cash Flow
  • Statement of Changes in Owner's Equity
  • Ensure compliance with applicable ordinances, laws, restrictions, and legislations related to franchising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant Franchise Accounting experience, preferably in Franchise Operations or Retail Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of existing regulations related to franchising.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with BIR requirements.

Experience:

  • Franchise Accounting: 3 years (Required)
  • Retail/Franchise Operations: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
