We're looking for a Franchising Accounting Manager who's ready to lead, grow, and make an impact. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities for franchise operations
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
  • Handle tax preparation, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Analyze financial performance across franchise units
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchisees to ensure financial consistency
  • Support expansion plans through solid financial insights

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in franchise accounting
  • Preferably with a background in franchise operations or retail accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge in tax, auditing, and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communicator with a high level of professionalism and integrity
