KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in data gathering and preparation of reports related to store performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs.
  • Support the team in monitoring and updating operational trackers, store compliance documents, and franchise records.
  • Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings with regional stakeholders and franchise partners.
  • Participate in retail and franchise projects, including data analysis, research, and process documentation.
  • Support coordination of store communications, announcements, and operational updates.
  • Assist in organizing retail trainings, meetings, and workshops, including logistics preparation and minutes documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and updating databases as assigned.
  • Join team meetings to gain exposure to regional retail operations, franchise management, and strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
  • School endorsement for OJT / internship hours completion.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support diverse tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
