Job Title: Franchise Accounting Assistant Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial integrity of all franchise related transactions. The position requires a strong understanding of Franchise agreements, revenue sharing model and store level profitability.

  • Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Issue monthly franchisee financial statements and prepare settlement reports.
  • Ensure timely financial reporting, in accordance with the accounting standards.
  • Record inventory adjustments and losses, analyze stock variances, and strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks.
  • Monitor franchise financial performance (profitability, cost monitoring, compliance).
  • Coordinate with franchisees on financial matters and queries.
  • Ensure proper treatment of financial entries.
  • Maintain accurate franchise account balances (advances, deductions, and reimbursements)
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policy, tax regulations, and franchise financial terms
  • Supervise and train accounting assistants in handling franchise accounting transactions and franchise specific processes and reporting standards.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related course
  • With at least three (3) years relevant Franchise Accounting experience, preferably with experience in Franchise Operations or Retail Accounting.
  • Knowledge of existing ordinances, laws, restrictions, and legislations related to franchising
  • CPA or non-CPA
