Junior Customer Service Representative

As our Customer Service Specialist, you will work with the Customer Service Department to ensure that our clients feel valued and taken care of by the company. You will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in navigating our services, addressing their concerns, and above all, making them feel appreciated and respected. Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular phone calls to measure customer satisfaction
- Conducting PR or client visitations on a regular basis to ensure visibility and address all client concerns
- Meeting with our clients for orientations, presentations, and to address concerns
- Resolving all client concerns through calls, texts, and emails
- Sending text- and email blasts to easily disseminate information and updates
- Monitoring and looking for providers for more accreditations
- Conducting monthly monitoring of accounts per client
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Skilled in problem-solving
- Demonstrates patience and empathy
- Attentive to detail
- Efficient time management skills to assist multiple customers simultaneously
- Ability to resolve customer conflicts calmly and effectively
- Ability to learn about our products and services quickly as to more effectively assist customers with their inquiries
