About the role

Our client, Best Reliable Resources, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their busy call centre in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will involve handling inbound customer queries and providing exceptional service to every caller.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls in a friendly, professional and empathetic manner
  2. Effectively handle customer queries, complaints and requests
  3. Provide accurate information and advice to customers
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  6. Contribute to continual process improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in both written and spoken English
  5. Computer literate with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
