Customer Service Representative Job Description

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Patience and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
