Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and email particularly in Technical concerns.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers resolve their issues.
  • Analyze the Technical concern and conduct Basic Troubleshooting.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers (Troubleshooting workarounds).
  • Provide Trouble ticket number to the affected client by the fault and once the issue will not be resolved, report it directly to NOC Engineer.
  • Monitor customer technical complaints on all channels (Sales, Retention team and BNC), and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Update and provide accurate information to concerned departments.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents for future reference.
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
