Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and email particularly in Technical concerns.
- Identify customer needs and help customers resolve their issues.
- Analyze the Technical concern and conduct Basic Troubleshooting.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers (Troubleshooting workarounds).
- Provide Trouble ticket number to the affected client by the fault and once the issue will not be resolved, report it directly to NOC Engineer.
- Monitor customer technical complaints on all channels (Sales, Retention team and BNC), and reach out to provide assistance.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Update and provide accurate information to concerned departments.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents for future reference.
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
