About the role

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract, identify, and hire the best-fit candidates for our growing business. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Mandaluyong City office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to support the company's hiring needs
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
  3. Leverage various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  4. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and make recommendations to hiring managers
  5. Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand business requirements and align recruitment activities
  6. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive hiring efficiencies
  7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's employer branding initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the Human Resources or Recruitment industry
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address hiring challenges
  5. Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  6. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment process
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
