We're Hiring: Recruitment Associate

Location: Mandaluyong City

Employment Type: Full-Time / Entry-Level

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our HR team The Recruitment Associate will assist in the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records. This is an excellent opportunity to start and grow a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms
  • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone or online interviews to assess suitability and interest
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing necessary documentation
  • Support HR team with other recruitment and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.)
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow in the HR field
  • Internship or experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage but not required
