
Junior Technical Recruiter

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT or technical positions.
- Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Represent the company in job fairs and campus recruitment events.
- Provide recruitment reports and metrics as needed by the Recruitment Supervisor.
- Support employer branding and internal referral initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least with 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience in retail, tech, or related industry recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
