Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordination of the schedules and installations of marketing materials

- Proper coordination and negotiation with suppliers for favorable terms, deliveries and follow up production

- Monitoring and reporting of marketing materials at key accounts nationwide

- Gathering of all marketing requests from Medical Representatives, and Sales & Marketing Developers nationwide

- Preparation of budget requests and purchasing of marketing collaterals

- Management of the supplier database

- Creation of monthly reports involving disbursement and marketing materials per area nationwide
