The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services. The role involves conducting market research, managing promotional activities, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Strategy and Planning

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

2. Campaign Management

  • Implement online and offline marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, media, and external partners for promotions and events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.

3. Content & Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts, website updates, and online presence.
  • Create marketing content such as posts, ads, brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Utilize SEO/SEM and digital tools to boost brand visibility.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct surveys, customer feedback, and market research to understand consumer behavior.
  • Provide insights to improve products, services, and campaigns.

5. Event Coordination & Brand Promotions

  • Organize trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Support sponsorships and corporate social responsibility (CR) activities.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) on marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
