Broker Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the Broker Management Team by assisting with broker engagement activities, coordinating sales and marketing efforts, and handling a range of administrative tasks. This position involves frequent communication with brokers, preparing sales materials and reports, and organizing training sessions, events, and selling activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with broker recruitment, accreditation procedures, and initial evaluations.
- Coordinate schedules for broker trainings and orientations, and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Manage online communication channels by responding to inquiries and disseminating updates, promos, inventory lists, and policy information.
- Provide continuous support to brokers through office visits, meetings, and coordination of buyer or broker requests.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing events such as trainings, site tours, open houses, and assemblies.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, marketing materials, and performance updates.
- Handle documentation for commissions, incentive qualifiers, and other administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative work (experience in real estate is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel or visit project sites when necessary.
