About the job

We're looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, developing long-term relationships with key clients, and driving business growth through innovative ICT and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with corporate and enterprise clients in the telecommunications, IT, or high-tech sectors.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate ICT solutions (e.g., data, cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity).
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive account management and service coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and product) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, business reviews, and proposals to management and clients.
  • Maintain and update client records using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ICT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate/enterprise sales or account management, preferably in telecom, ICT, or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of ICT and telecom products, including connectivity, data, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
