Role: E-commerce (Amazon) Marketplace Coordinator
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽: : Flexible — remote, hybrid, or office options available

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Philippine Time

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Marketplace Administration

- Daily account health checks: Investigate and resolve listing issues 

- Manage support case resolution Audit product listings for accurate images and content Monthly commission fee audits

  • Traffic and Conversion Strategies 

- Manage Amazon pay-per-click advertising 

- Monitor promotion sales to avoid over-selling. 

- Assist in launching new products and new marketplaces 

- Provide insights and recommendations for improving product pages

  • Reporting and File Maintenance 

- Prepare/maintain bulk upload files. 

- Prepare reports on sales and expenditures. 

  • Other: 

- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures 

- Effectively complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • College diploma or university degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 plus years in an Amazon 3P marketplace role 
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred) 
  • Experience with marketplace seller portals, including troubleshooting and managing product listings
  • Strong data entry and analysis skills, with digital advertising experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude for problem-solving

Technical Requirements: 

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) 
  • Amazon Seller Central
  • Amazon Campaign Manager 
  • PPC experience
