- JOB DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Spearhead the delivery of enhancement training programs for staff which covers the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of training module for staff
- Work with other Training Officer in the implementation of New Loan Officers Training Program
- Conduct evaluation for all training courses delivered
- Supervise and assist other Training Officers through coaching and mentoring
- Facilitate allocation, requisition, utilization and liquidation of budget for Staff Enhancement Program
- Provide technical assistance to the branch and other department when necessary
- Facilitate preparation of materials and other logistical needs for training to be conducted
- Handle delivery of selected training courses to other organization as needed
- Perform other tasks that Training Manager and Top Management deems essentialBS Graduate, preferably of Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Can deal with highly confidential matters.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- The position requires a high level of compliance and reporting.
- Organizes and guides other employees with recruitment concerns.
- Willing to travel and be assigned from time to time to other covered areas of NWTF.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer interaction skills.
- Willing to travel and do field work
