Learning and Organizational Development Staff

The L&OD Staff is expected to play a key supporting role in our HR L&OD team, leveraging your analytical skills to manage data and reports, while actively contributing to impactful training programs and organizational development initiatives. You'll help ensure training effectiveness, develop engaging learning experiences, and support the implementation of programs that drive continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze key HR L&OD reports, including KPI reports, training completion compliance, performance management reports, and other crucial data points.
- Utilize a ticketing system to efficiently manage incoming inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Assist in conducting thorough organizational and training needs assessments using various methods like surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Provide help in the research, development, and delivery of training programs (e.g., creating presentations, preparing training materials, coordinating logistics).
- Collaborate on collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Stay current on L&D and OD best practices and emerging trends.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Above average communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' work experience in HR or any related field is an advantage but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of L&D and OD models and frameworks.
- Strong project management skills.
