Sales and Marketing Specialist - Construction

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Head in daily tasks and matters to ensure smooth operations.
  • Find potential customers and projects through various channels.
  • Initiate customer visits, prepare proposals, and engage in negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support customers with project needs and inquiries.
  • Seek new projects and markets to meet sales targets.
  • Represent the company effectively with in-depth knowledge of offerings.
  • Analyze market conditions, including price, competition, and demand.
  • Maximize sales by understanding client needs and fostering strong relationships.
  • Use digital marketing and social media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation, sales, and market insights.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven working experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the construction industry.
  • Must be a resident of Metro Manila, primarily Quezon City.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Canva.
  • Capable of performing both fieldwork and office work; the office is located in Quezon City.

Compensation package:

  • Commission for each successfully closed project.
  • Monthly allowances for transportation and food.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php50,000.00 per month
