2. Kitchen Management & Team Leadership

  • Staffing: Recruit, hire, train, and manage the performance of all kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, and Porters.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage all kitchen staff schedules to ensure proper coverage while controlling labor costs.
