About the role

This is a full-time position for an experienced Operation Head to join our growing RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As Operation Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining our business operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of our services to our clients in the Advertising, Arts & Media industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational processes and workflows
  • Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing direction, support and performance management
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
  • Report on operational performance and make recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in an Agency Account Management or similar operational role
  • Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement and team management
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field
