We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead our operations in Pasig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of managing branch activities effectively. What You'll Do:
Oversee daily branch banking operations and ensure compliance with company policies
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff for optimal performance
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch banking management or related roles
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
