Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for the Head of Treasury. The selected candidate will oversee the treasury operations to ensure efficient cash and liquidity management, implement financial strategies, and execute hedging activities. The role includes managing daily cash flow, forecasting, financial risk assessments, and establishing strong relationships with financial institutions. The Head of Treasury will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Treasury Management and Cash Management practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in financial risk analysis
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance and Hedging processes
  • Ability to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA preferred)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
