Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Accounting Manager to lead the company's accounting operations. The role includes ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing internal controls, managing audits, and ensuring full compliance with government and BIR regulations. The ideal candidate is analytical, reliable, and experienced in leading accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall accounting department

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements

  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls

  • Lead audit preparation and compliance requirements

  • Ensure adherence to Philippine Taxation and BIR rules

  • Guide and mentor accounting staff

  • Improve accounting systems, processes, and workflows

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field (Required)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine Taxation and BIR compliance
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Can start Immediately
