As a Senior Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization and supporting our continued growth and success. What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of financial strategies and processes
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial challenges
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Participating in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Supervising and mentoring junior finance team members, as required

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information
