About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT System Support Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Cybersecurity Product Line team as an IT System Support Analyst with a focus on Cybersecurity Product Line Operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop, implement, optimize, and maintain application-based solutions, including both in-house developed systems and vendor-purchased applications. Key responsibilities include setting up, troubleshooting, and overseeing applications and services in hybrid environments.

• Work with different product teams, enabling you to grow your technical and professional competencies.

• Identify the most optimal solutions for our digital platforms and maintain applications in accordance with best practices and company security policies.

• Understand the nuances and implications of various solutions (hybrid, public, private, multi-cloud, on-premises) for solution design is essential, along with experience working with different types of databases and applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields.

• Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills, remain up-to-date with industry trends, and demonstrate strong teamwork abilities.

• Solid experience with Windows OS and intermediate experience with Linux-based OS are required.
