  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or other BA tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Description

  • Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
  • Conduct system and data analysis to support solution design and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Support change management, training, and user documentation for new systems or enhancements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend technology solutions.
