Job Summary:

The
System Analyst
under the
Customer Data Program
will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's data management platforms. This position is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and governance of systems that support enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate must have
strong hands-on experience in Informatica
and a solid understanding of data integration, platform management, and system analysis within a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the
    data and analytics platform
    , including patching, upgrades, and monitoring.
  • Ensure
    platform stability, data security, and cost efficiency
    across infrastructure and applications.
  • Support and troubleshoot
    Informatica MDM, ETL workflows, and data integration
    activities.
  • Automate
    reporting and governance processes
    to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    smooth data flow and system performance
    .
  • Participate in
    incident and change management
    following ITIL best practices, documenting resolutions and improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering
    , or a related discipline.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or similar Service Management training is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of
    5–7 years of experience
    in
    system analysis, application support, or data platform operations
    , preferably within large enterprise environments.
  • Must have hands-on experience in Informatica (MDM, PowerCenter, or Data Quality)
    — including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Experience in
    ETL development
    ,
    Azure Data Platforms
    ,
    Databricks
    , or other modern data integration tools is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to
    data governance, data security, and IT infrastructure management
    is a strong plus.

Technical & Core Skills:

  • Strong grasp of
    data architecture, modeling, and integration
    principles.
  • Hands-on experience with
    cloud data platforms
    (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of
    IT infrastructure, network/application security
    , and
    access management
    .
  • Familiar with
    ITIL Service Management
    for incident and change handling.
  • Demonstrates
    analytical thinking

    in dynamic environments.
  • Maintains
