About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing system solutions that align with organizational goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and new implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze improvement opportunities across systems and workflows.

Prepare business requirement documents and functional specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions.

Facilitate process efficiency and ensure project deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline standards.

Support testing, documentation, and user training activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in systems analysis or business systems roles.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies and system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
