  • Systems Analyst (SA)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with FCAR stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and workflow diagrams.
  • Perform gap analysis between current systems/processes and target FCAR solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers, architects, and QA teams.
  • Collaborate with TDMs, PM/SM, and Security Bank SMEs to ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating outcomes, and logging defects.
  • Ensure all solution designs and implementations align with regulatory, compliance, audit, and risk requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation for knowledge transfer and audit purposes.
