About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with expertise in managing offshoring accounting services, to join our growing team at Intelligent Outsourcing, Inc.. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our offshoring accounting services, ensuring exceptional delivery to our valued clients.

This is a full-time position based in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone Zambales.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing and leading a team of accounting professionals to deliver exceptional accounting services to the clients
  2. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting services, including workflow management, quality assurance, and process improvement
  3. Analysing key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for efficiency gains and cost optimisation
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and streamline processes
  5. Fostering a positive and productive work environment, promoting team development and employee engagement
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry development and employee engagement standards
  7. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on operational matters

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations or management role within the bpo offshoring accounting service industry
  2. Strong understanding of offshoring best practices and experience in managing professional Accountants
  3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  4. Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
  5. Either call centre experience or operations management experience is acceptable to meet our requirements
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
  8. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  9. Degree in Accountancy and acquired CPA license
  10. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
