Banquet Shift Leader

  • Supervise and coordinate banquet staff during events (servers, setup crew, runners, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and proper setup of banquet function rooms according to event orders (tables, chairs, buffet lines, AV equipment, etc.).
  • Lead pre-shift briefings to communicate event details, assignments, and service expectations.
  • Monitor service throughout the event to ensure high-quality standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client or event organizer during the shift.
  • Handle and resolve any service issues or guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure proper breakdown and cleanup of event spaces post-event.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new banquet staff.
  • Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in banquet or food & beverage operations (at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer service-oriented.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php550.00 per day
