JOB SUMMARY:

Provides full secretarial and administrative support to the Construction Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides full secretarial and administrative support to the department's management personnel.
  • Assist the Site Project Custodian concerning the ERP process of Site Purchases (requisition and PO process).
  • Ensure the requested material is tracked from the purchasing team to its final delivery at the site.
  • Follow up with the procurement team on material status to meet the target delivery date.
  • Oversee the delivery of available materials from the MCD Team to the project site.
  • Follow the process of materials requiring MSC approval until the client provides their approval.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the department's management personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of any course preferably Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering course.
  • Gaining at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in a construction company.
  • Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to report to on-site work in Quezon City.
  • Must be willing to start immediately.
  • One (1) Full-Time contract is available.
