JOB SUMMARY:

Provides full secretarial and administrative support to the Construction Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provides full secretarial and administrative support to the department's management personnel.
  2. Assist the Site Project Custodian concerning the ERP process of Site Purchases (requisition and PO process).
  3. Ensure the requested material is tracked from the purchasing team to its final delivery at the site.
  4. Follow up with the procurement team on material status to meet the target delivery date.
  5. Oversee the delivery of available materials from the MCD Team to the project site.
  6. Follow the process of materials requiring MSC approval until the client provides their approval.
  7. Other related duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the department's management personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering course.
  2. Gaining at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in a construction company.
  3. Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. Good attention to detail.
  5. Must be willing to report to on-site work in Quezon City.
  6. Must be willing to start immediately.
  7. One (1) Full-Time contract is available.
